As a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, we are recognized as an Accredited Management Organization (AMO). RESIDENTIAL & MULTI-FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATIONS COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL
Full service accounting utilizing Yardi Certified Software which includes monthly reports for accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledgers, balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows and cost budgeting. All financial reporting is reviewed by a licensed CPA. Each individual property maintains its own separate property trust account.
Facilities maintenance supervision for all vendors including grounds, unit renovations, capital improvements and major renovations. We also have an in-house maintenance department to handle routine maintenance, emergencies, and major projects.
Full legal assistance with dues collections, rental evictions, small claims court matters and court receivership’s.
Assistance with leasing and renting of income properties with creative and pro-active marketing efforts. All company leasing is done in person.
Insurance review to assure that adequate coverage is in place to cover insurable events as needed.

Michael Cirrito
CEO/President
With over 35 years of experience, Michael Cirrito has overseen the growth of the company with diversifying ITRG into a variety of real estate divisions.
ITRG Brokerage provides investment brokerage services for its clients having sold over 16,000 multi-family units and over 4 million square feet of industrial and commercial space.
ITRG Partners provides a vehicle for accredited investors to invest in real estate opportunities. This includes development and redevelopment of projects, turning around nonperforming assets, and ground up construction for new projects. The Partners have invested in over 50 projects with an aggregate value of over 210 million dollars.
Michael Cirrito is a graduate of The USC Marshall School of Business and The Harvard Business School. He is also a licensed California General Contractor, Real Estate Broker, Superior Court Receiver and Certified Property Manager. Michael currently advises and directs a client portfolio in excess of $2 billion.

With over 12 years of managerial experience, Monica Perez is responsible for all operational aspects of the company. This includes client relations, staff performance and corporate compliance. Monica Perez has experience with all roles of property management including finance, operations, leasing and marketing, making her and an effective leader and communicator.
Gabriela Duque
Accounting/Insurance Director
Gabriela Duque is an Accounting Graduate from the University of La Verne. Gabriela Duque is responsible for all aspects of corporate accounting and budgeting. She handles all day-to-day accounting functions for the company and oversees the accounting staff.
April Carraud
Maintenance Manager and Vendor Relations
April Carraud is a Business Administration graduate from California State University, Fullerton. April Carraud handles all the relations with vendors and subcontractors. She is proactive in enhancing and maintaining work orders and coordination of all maintenance and renovation projects. April also oversees the company’s diversified construction business which includes ground up projects and client relations.
Phillip Griego
Maintenance Coordinator and Customer Relations
Phillip Griego is in charge of all maintenance concerns and issues of all properties that we manage. He is responsible for the scheduling and coordination of all maintenance jobs and property renovations. Phillip has maintained close relations with our vendors, customers and tenants.
Abigail Aparicio
Rental Sales Account Manager
Abigail Aparicio manages the marketing strategies, advertising rental properties, and planning for the business. She keeps up with all social media platforms and advertising for the company.
Jim Guertin
Project Manager Superintendent
With over 38 years of construction experience, Jim Guertin oversees the day to day field operations for the company. His duties include scheduling, finish carpentry, purchasing and managing various projects on the daily basis.
Jaymie Cirrito
Field Supervisor
Jaymie brings nearly 30 years of experience with field operations and quality. Jaymie oversees the West San Gabriel Valley and Los Angeles metro.
Hayden Caballero
Field Supervisor
Hayden supervises and overlooks all the maintenance, renovations and field work for all of our properties. He is responsible for coordinating work orders and provides updates on status and completion of works. Hayden oversees the San Gabriel Valley and West Inland Empire.
Mr. Caballero is also a licensed Certified Real Estate Agent.
Reynaldo Salazar
Field Supervisor
With over 15 years of experience, Reynaldo supervises and overlooks the maintenance and renovations for our properties in the Inland Empire. He oversees the overall product quality of all projects.
David Cirrito
Field Supervisor
David is responsible for coordinating and supervising the maintenance and renovation repairs for our properties located in the Inland Empire and Orange County. He also oversees work orders and provides updates on status and completion of works.
